A Life Shaped by Moving and Understanding What Clients Need
Married since 1986, Gary and Linda have supported one another through their careers and while raising their children, Alex and Sydney. Gary’s retail career took the family to several states because his leadership roles required them to live near the headquarters of the retailers he served. Having personally lived in 17 homes, Gary and Linda understand that real estate is never simply about a property. It is about family, timing, uncertainty and what comes next.
Linda Bale

After living in 17 different homes, Linda understands firsthand the uncertainty, emotion and practical details involved in buying, selling and relocating. When she returned to Dallas in 2014 to be closer to family, she transformed that personal experience into a real estate career centered on helping clients feel informed, supported and confident.
Linda combines warmth and attentive listening with experienced negotiation and hands-on transaction guidance. She leads client relationships, property tours, offer strategy and communication from the first conversation through closing, making sure every client feels heard and every important detail is addressed.
Gary Bale
Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Digital Positioning and Operations
Gary began his retail career as a stockboy and ultimately became an executive responsible for several billion-dollar businesses and large buying teams. That experience developed his strengths in consumer behavior, marketing, pricing, negotiation, financial analysis and disciplined execution.
Today, Gary leads Bale Real Estate Group’s marketing strategy, digital positioning, pricing analysis and operations. He develops the strategy behind each listing, including market positioning, compelling presentation, professional photography, Zillow Showcase, online exposure and performance monitoring, so every home receives more than a basic listing.

Family Is at the Heart of Our Story
Family has always been at the center of Gary and Linda’s lives. They are incredibly proud of their two children, Alex and Sydney, who have each built successful careers centered on helping others.
Alexander (Alex) Bale graduated from the University of San Diego and the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bale is currently completing a Heart Failure Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His long-term goal is to practice cardiology with a specialization in cardiac electrophysiology.
Sydney graduated from San Diego State University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is now a healthcare attorney with Polsinelli, working in downtown Dallas.
Away from work, the Bale family loves spending time together, especially during the holidays. They also share a love of snow skiing. Alex and Sydney have been skiing since they were four years old, making family ski trips a cherished tradition.
Gary and Linda also enjoy exploring new Dallas-area restaurants with friends and family. Over the years, they have developed an extensive list of the area’s best restaurants and are always happy to share their recommendations.
Gary and Linda’s pride in their children, commitment to family and shared experiences have shaped how they approach real estate: with patience, loyalty and a genuine understanding that every move represents an important new chapter in a family’s life.
